Speech Evaluation Services: Speech evaluation services and the codes utilized can vary based on the function of the assessment.  These services are generally provided in one-hour sessions and may take several sessions.  Some codes do allow for extended sessions and this will be determined between you and your provider when developing your assessment plan.  Speech

Rate: $165/one-hour session

Individual Communication Therapies : Communication therapy sessions can vary greatly between individuals and referral reasons with sessions ranging in time from 30-50 minutes.  Speech and communication treatment focuses on building communication receptive and expressive language, instruction in alternative and augmented communication systems (AACs), speech fluency and articulation, and voice.

Rate: $125/30-50 minute session

Executive Functioning Skills Treatment: Billed in 15 minute increments: This service focuses on helping clients build skills and compensatory strategies related to cognitive and executive functioning with a focus on attention, memory, reasoning, problem-solving, and/or pragmatics. 

Rate: $31.25/15 minutes

Caregiver Training: Like many services, only so much progress can be made in a single session without supported practice from caregivers and other natural supports. This service covers meetings with caregivers of the identified client and are conducted without the client present.  The focus of this service is on planning and problem solving intervention, review of assessments and data, and training in techniques to aid in generalization. Includes phone consultations.

Rate: $62.60/30 minute session; $31.25/15 minutes extended
